[Xi'an 2010-4-19 ] The Informationization Strategy of Finance Services .ie. IT Service Innovation Forum 2010 was held in Xi’an 19 April, co-organized by Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd., NTT DATA Corporation and China Torch IT Service Innovation Alliance.  Mr. Wei Zhang, Deputy Secretary-General of China Torch IT Services Innovation Alliance, chaired the forum. Over 60 client representatives from Beijing, Xi'an, Yunnan, and Hunan, distinguished guests form finance and insurance services, and representatives of organizers attended the Forum.

The Innovation Forum brought together both finance service practitioners and IT service providers to discuss how to develop and innovate IT services to accelerate the informationization of Finance Services, get up to speed on new technology, and learn new best practices. The event helps participants to network with clients and peers of finance services and gains a competitive edge.

The forum kicked off with engaging commenting speech of the organizer; guests of honor from finance and insurance services discussed issues of innovation in IT services and informationization in finance services. Then the speaker from NTT DATA introduced the solutions and functions of some Informationization system development that are being applied in finance services.

"The economy of China is gradually recovering and keeping stable growth, and experiencing the key time of structure adjustment, yet faces a lot of uncertain factors", said Kai Shao, Board of Chairman and President of RayooTech, "IT services enterprises should keep an eye on the future development of the industry while learning past experiences, be committed in innovation of IT services, empower themselves with better technology and solutions to provide better services to finance and insurance industry."

Guest of honor from Operation Center of China Development Bank, shared his retrospective and thinking on IT outsourcing of banking services. Taowei Zhang, Professor of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and client representative Kangwen Cai, Manager of Huatai Asset Insurance Company presented on the informationization of finance services under the current economical circumstances and how to develop and innovate IT services.

Closing the Forum, speaker of NTT DATA introduced some practical solutions and functions of several informationization systems with their applications in enterprises. Later during the ldialogue, the participants discussed industrial–innovative approach in finance and insurance services.
