[Beijing, June 9, 2010] RayooTech chairman and CEO, Mr. Kai Shao, presented at the Annual Meet of China Torch IT Service Innovation Alliance on June 9 at JiaXing, China to give his work report of the past year as the Council Chairman of the Alliance. 

Deputy Secretary-General of the Alliance, Mr. Wei Zhang chaired The Alliance Annual Meet; leadership from the State Council, the Torch Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, Standing Committee of JiaXing participated the Annual Meet and delivered their greeting speeches.

Mr. Kai Shao, Council Chairman of the Alliance, reported on the work of the Alliance of the past year, introducing the expanding of the Alliance around China, the intercommunication activities and cooperation programs among the Alliance members, and the innovation results achieved by the Alliance. He also summarized the implementation of action plan of forums and conferences framed at the opening ceremony of the Alliance.

He pointed out, to promote the growth of the Alliance needs to enlarge the membership and absorb excellent IT companies to join in, Furthermore, to develop regional branch national wide. He then calls on business leaders and government support to make a greater effort to boost participation and expand domestic and global demand of the IT service industry.
          

JiaXing, Tianjin, Qingdao and Xi'an alliances ware admitted as four branches of the national Alliance. About 150 heads of software service companies from China and abroad, among which Cloud computing company VMWARE, participated the Meet. IT service outsourcing experts, representatives of finance services of Hangzhou and other participants held open discussions during the Meet.
