PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT effective from 1st April, 2009, UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd has changed its name to RayooTech Co., Ltd.

This change of the company name was necessitated by the need to comply with the regulations of China Security Regulatory Commission on the stock market as the company plans to go public in 2009.

It should be noted that, only a change of name of the Company has been effected and that all other details and structure of the company remain the same. The renamed company will continue and enjoy all of the rights, duties and obligations of the former.

The relationship between the renamed company and UFIDA Software Co., Ltd. has not been affected by this change. UFIDA Software Co., Ltd. will still be major shareholder of the renamed company and RayooTech Co., Ltd. will still be a member company of UFIDA group.
