[Beijing, Dec. 18, 2008] RayooTech (formerly UFIDA Software Engineering) today announced it has been awarded a 2008 "Top 10 companies with Excellent Human Resources Practices" Award by Zpark, the true leader in China's technology parks.

RayooTech is one of 10 companies out of approximately 1,000 domestic companies to receive the high level performance award. Further, RayooTech is the only company in IT Services/ BPO category among others located in Zhongguancun Technology Park to have been included in this list.

The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company performance in human resources management like management capacity, career development, training and retention, corporate culture building. In addition, Zpark conducts extensive surveys of human resources experts and employees, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
