[Tokyo Sep. 19 2007] On invitation by the China Software Industry Association (CSIA) and Japan Information Technology Services Industry Association (JISA), Mr. Kai Shao, the president & CEO of UFIDA Software Engineering addressed at 11th China-Japan Information Services Industry Forum held in Tokyo on September 9, 2007. As an honored speaker on behalf of software enterprises in China, he delivered a theme speech entitled Making Use of the Advantages of China and Japan, Elevating the Cooperation in Software Outsourcing Services of Both Sides.
The forum was co-organized by CSIA and JISA with the theme of Strengthening the Cooperation of China and Japan in Offshore Software Outsourcing.
In his speech Mr. Shao put forward his proposal that China and Japan should raise the scale and level of their cooperation in software outsourcing, build a cooperation community to meet the customized need in IT services of customers in the two countries. Based on his elaborate statistical analysis of the market scale of offshore outsourcing in China from 2005 to 2011, he presented the audience with new opportunities in global IT services market and calls for a more productive cooperation between China and Japan in the future. The audience enjoyed a valuable insight into the software outsourcing services in both in China and Japan from Mr. Shao and his speech was well received.
The participants also shared their ideas about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), information protection policy, the cooperating system between China and Japan, and the development of IT talents at the forum.
