[Sep. 21, 2005 Shanghai] — The joint venture by UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd.(USE) and FUTURE SYSTEM CONSULTING CORP.(FSC) was officially launched today under the name of SHANGHAI UFIDA FUTURE Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Kai Shao, CEO of UFIDA Software Engineering, Mr. Makoto Usui, Executive Senior Vice President of FSC were present at this ceremony.

They both announced that this new company will mainly aim at providing clients with the advanced IT consulting services by integrating the advanced commercial, system and IT expertise focusing on retailing, circulation and logistics.
