1.BS degree or above in computer science or related engineering fields.
2.Good English reading abilities, CET4.
3.Excellent interpersonal skills (oral&writing) and strong analytical & fast-learning abilities.
4.Self-motivated, Can-do attitude, Good team player

1. One years or more java development experiences, Knowledge of OOA&D;
2. Knowing Java/JSP well
3. Familiar with MVC designing method e.g. Struts,Spring;
4. Good knowledge of application server such as weblogic\websphere\tomcat will be a strong plus;
5. Database development with Oracle or SQL is highly desirable;
6. Deep understanding of MVC development and related development experience;
7. Grasping common development tools e.g. Eclipse
